Into the Woods

I was a junior in college when this editorial made it's way into my mailbox and into my heart forever. I would have shared it with you all earlier, but of course I didn't have this blog back in 2007, although I did have the title. Because I haven't had this blog that long I thought it was important that I revisit some of the moments that have inspired me so much, in hopes to inspire you. So for those of you who have seen it already, my apologies (though I don't know how you could get sick of it), but for those who haven't, they can't afford to miss it again.

can i haddat?

Old news, but good news: Stardust is so cool. I have been in the deepest depths of love with the following items and it pains me to look at them. The first two are from Christopher Kane's 2011 resort collection and the print sort of brings me back to the mid-nineties when stores like Rave and Deb ran my life. Now all I need is my frog key chain!

xx bits

PS- I'm sorry it's been so long since I've last dropped in... I missed you! I promise never to neglect you ever again.

+ HOW DID I MISS THIS SHOW? +
This whole show is pretty much who I am, minus a few odds and ends.
Girly, vintagey, a little kitschy, a little prairie and a whole-lotta color.

break it down like that

Designer Gabi Asfour from fashion label Threeasfour offers a few inspirational words to the people. I think what he says holds true to anyone pursuing a dream. I hope you find it as encouraging as I do.

Fluo

This Saturday is being spent indoors. Sick, again. It started out a few days ago with a sneeze and now I'm completely submerged in a pool of used tissues, store brand meds and liquids, liquids, liquids. Hopefully I'll recover by tomorrow for a scheduled photo shoot, but I have a feeling this cold's packed a suitcase.

I've been spending the afternoon drooling over these fluorescent springtime goodies to brighten my mood.
